Dojo Real Estate Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Dojo Real Estate (“Dojo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit or interact with our website and related online services (collectively, the “Site”). This Policy applies only to visitors located in the United States and is intended to address requirements under United States law. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We collect information you choose to provide directly, such as when you fill out a contact form, request a property evaluation, subscribe to our email newsletter, schedule an advisory call, or otherwise communicate with us. This information may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, company or property information, financial or investment preferences you choose to share, and the content of your messages or inquiries.

We also automatically collect certain information about how you access and use the Site. This includes device and browser information, internet protocol (IP) address, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, referring and exit pages, search terms, and campaign data such as UTM source, medium, and campaign parameters associated with links you click. We collect this information through cookies, pixels, web beacons, log files, and similar technologies, including tags deployed through Google Tag Manager.

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Site, respond to your inquiries, provide and personalize services, send you educational content and marketing communications, analyze audience engagement, develop new offerings, protect against fraud and misuse, and comply with legal obligations. For commercial real estate advisory, brokerage, and management services, we may also use your information to better understand your property, goals, and risk tolerance so we can provide insights and recommendations that are more relevant to you.

We use third-party analytics and advertising tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel (for Facebook and Instagram), and Google Ads. These tools help us measure traffic and usage trends, understand how visitors find and navigate the Site, and deliver, measure, and improve our advertising, including interest-based ads and retargeting across websites and apps. These providers may set their own cookies or use device identifiers to collect or receive information from our Site and other websites, and use that information to provide us with analytics services and to serve you ads based on your past visits, campaign interactions (including UTM parameters), and inferred interests.

We share information we collect with service providers and partners who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer relationship management, advertising, and security. We may also share information as needed with professional advisers, in connection with a business transaction (such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), or when required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, property, users, or the public. We do not sell your personal information as that term is commonly used in United States consumer privacy laws, and we have no practice of disclosing your personal information to third parties in exchange for money.

You can control certain cookies and tracking technologies through your browser settings, which may allow you to block or delete cookies. You may opt out of Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on and can control how Google shows you ads through your Google Ads settings. You can adjust your advertising preferences for Meta platforms through your account ad settings. You may opt out of our marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those messages; if you do so, we may still send non-marketing communications related to your relationship or transactions with us.

Depending on where you live in the United States, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information under state privacy laws, such as the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain information we hold about you, and the right to limit or object to certain uses of that information. To exercise these rights, you can contact us using the information below, and we will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request and may deny or limit requests where permitted or required by law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last Updated” date below and post the updated Policy on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes become effective means you accept the updated Policy.
